An Event Coordinator will guide you from your initial visit to the closing of your event. With over 25 years’ experience in the wedding and special event industry, your event receives a wealth of knowledge and experience like no other.
To ensure every event is unique and tailored to the host’s desires, TriUnity does not contract with a specific caterer. Hosts have the freedom to choose the caterer for the event. Our staff will work with the caterer to coordinate activities and create a stress-free event. Our Event Coordinator will provide suggestions upon request.
Tables, chairs, choice of linens and tableware are available for a minimal rental fee. Other equipment can be coordinated through Event Coordinator.
Entertainment: DJ/Live Music
DJ Heaps makes every event historic as she plays a wide variety of songs, including a pre-selected playlist, and will have guests dancing. Entertainment and any special sound system can be contracted from an outside source.
We offer our customers a cost-savings alcoholic beverage policy allowing them to select and supply beverages and brands of personal choice (BYOB). Such beverages can be conveniently stored at our facility in advance of the function. All bar supplies, soft drinks, set-ups, mixers, ice, cups, and garnishes are included at no charge. Professional bartenders are available and scheduled by the caterer. Bartenders are $100 each per 5-hour reception; extra hour at $25.00. A BYOB arrangement is offered to achieve a wedding reception or social affair without the unreasonable costs normally found with a cash bar. Draft Beer Service can be installed in our draft system.
